Order confirmation
Orders are processed after contact and stock details are confirmed. Bank-transfer orders require payment verification before dispatch; Cash on Delivery availability can depend on destination and order value.
Delivery charges
Standard Kathmandu Valley delivery is Rs. 150 below Rs. 5,000, and free from that subtotal. The current outside-Valley checkout rate is Rs. 250. An eligible free-delivery coupon waives the delivery charge. Large-appliance access, remote destinations and installation may require a separate quotation, which must be agreed before service.
Estimated delivery
Kathmandu Valley orders are generally scheduled sooner than outside-Valley orders. The estimate shown at checkout is not a guaranteed appointment; weather, road access, carrier capacity and large-appliance handling can affect timing.
Receiving the product
Check the package and model at delivery. Record visible transit damage before installation and contact support promptly. Do not discard the box, accessories or invoice until the product has been checked.
Large appliances and installation
TVs, air conditioners, purifiers and other appliances may require authorized installation. Delivery and installation can be separate visits, and any applicable installation or accessory charge is confirmed before service.
