What we collect
We collect contact, delivery, order and payment-status information needed to process purchases, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the store. Full payment credentials are handled by approved payment providers and should not be stored by GharOne.
How we use data
We use data for order fulfilment, account access, warranty support, service messages and—only with consent—marketing. Access is limited by staff role and material admin changes should be recorded in audit logs.
Retention and rights
Order and invoice records are retained as required for business and tax obligations. Customers may request access or correction through support@gharone.com. Final policy wording must be reviewed against GharOne’s registered legal entity and Nepal requirements before launch.
