Delivery across Nepal

Valley orders are typically scheduled within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Outside-valley timing depends on destination and product size.

Report a damaged, incorrect or non-working delivery within 7 days. Keep the box, invoice and accessories for verification.

Warranty is provided by the brand or authorized distributor. Coverage and duration are clearly shown on every product page.

ACs, TVs, purifiers and some large appliances may need brand-authorized installation. Any fee is confirmed before dispatch.

Cash on Delivery and bank transfer are available in the starter configuration. Nepal gateway adapters activate after merchant approval.
